TRAINING FOR INTERVIEW AND ASSESSORS
We encourage organisations to utilise a mix of professional assessors and current employees in the selection process. To equip your employees with assessing skills, we offer a range of interview and assessor training courses. These vary from ½ day to 3 day courses, depending on the complexity of your selection process. We also offer refresher training courses for those with past interview and assessment experience.
